Definitions

a property managed by Coldcut Pte Ltd.
ColdcutRefers to Coldcut Pte Ltd, Singapore registration number 202016715N.
Intended
Purpose
The intended purpose of Red Quarters is for use as a Floorball court to
play Floorball.
CustomerMember of the public who places the booking with Coldcut for the use of
Red Quarters facility.
Booked
Timeslot
Refers to the timing in which the customer has booked the Red
Quarter’s facility for the intended purpose.
Other UsersOther users are members of the public invited by the customer during
the customer’s booked timeslot.

Red Quarters, located at 26 & 28 Jalan Benaan Kapal, Singapore 399629 & 399630, is a property managed by Coldcut Pte Ltd (Singapore registration number 202016715N).

Rules & Regulations

  1. Kindly take care of your own personal belongings as we will not be responsible for stolen items.
  2. Consumption of food and drinks are strictly at the rest areas, kindly clean up after yourself.
  3. Please ensure that the premises are kept clean, dry and litter free after your booking.
  4. Only non-marking shoes are to be used on the court.
  5. Smoking and gambling are strictly prohibited.
  6. No consumption of alcoholic drinks in the premises are allowed.
  7. Customers are to ensure orderliness and discipline to prevent any kind of disturbances during the event/activity.
  8. Please adhere to your booking timings. Kindly end on time, additional charges will be imposed if there is an extension of play.
  9. All customers are to adhere to Singapore government’s response to COVID-19, rules and regulations for resumption of sport and physical exercise activities. This includes the wearing of masks, temperature monitoring, safe entry check in, safe distancing measures and
  10. The facility will close 30 mins after the last booked timeslot. Customers are encouraged to vacate the facility after their booking.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Bookings are subject to the approval of Coldcut. Coldcut reserves the right to accept, refuse or reject any application without providing any reason.
  2. The customer is fully responsible for Other Users during the customer’s timeslot, including that the terms and conditions of Red Quarters are strictly adhered to.
  3. Coldcut reserves the right to inspect and cancel, at any time without refund, should the event/activity be deemed as deviating from the facility’s intended purpose or which contravenes these terms and conditions.
  4. Should the customer require to book Red Quarters for any other purpose than the intended purpose of Floorball, the customer is to first seek written approval by the Red Quarters Management prior to booking of Red Quarters.
  5. Coldcut reserves the right to cancel the event immediately without refund or impose charges on the customer if any of the facilities/venue and furnishing/equipment is damaged by the customer or any of the other users.
  6. The customer shall be deemed to have actual and full notice of the state and condition of the facilities and the any furnishing/equipment provided as regards access, light, air, repair, temperature and in all respects. The customer shall take the facilities/venue including all furnishing/equipment on an “as is where is” basis and shall not be entitled to make any objection or claim any compensation from Coldcut for any loss or damage arising from the state or condition of the facilities/venue and/or furnishing/equipment.
  7. Coldcut does not expressly or impliedly warrant that the facilities/venue and/or furnishing/equipment or any part thereof are or will remain suitable or adequate for all or any of the purposes of the applicant and all warranties (if any) as to the suitability or adequacy of the facilities/venue and/or items/equipment implied by law are hereby expressly excluded.
  8. The customer shall indemnify Coldcut against all claims, demands, actions and proceedings suffered or taken against Coldcut arising out of the customer’s infringement of copyright and/or any other intellectual property right due to or arising from the unauthorized use of any copyright and/or any other intellectual property right occurring during the period of use of the facilities/venue, or otherwise in connection with the event/activity, or from any breach by the applicant of these terms and conditions.
  9. Customers are to ensure orderliness and discipline to prevent any kind of disturbances during the event/activity.
  10. Consumption of food and drinks inside the facilities must be strictly confined to the rest areas. The customer must ensure that the premises are kept clean, dry and litter free after the event/activity.
  11. Furnishing/equipment is to be packed up and rearrange to its original position if they are being shifted during the booked timeslot.
  12. The storage of personal property within the facilities/venue will be at the sole risk of the applicant and Coldcut will not be responsible for any damage or loss whatsoever and howsoever caused to such personal property.
  13. Coldcut will not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, expense suffered or claim or demand made in the event of any accident or injury suffered by any person in connection with usage of the facilities/venue.
  14. Any circumstance beyond the control of a party, which delays, interrupts or prevents the event/activity, shall be deemed to be an event of “Force Majeure”. Such circumstances shall include but are not limited to breach of the peace, epidemic, flood, fire, explosion, rain, lightning, storm, sabotage, power failure not due to either party’s fault, act of God, strike, picketing, lock-out and act of government authority. Should the event have to be cancelled due to an event of Force Majeure, Coldcut shall not be in default and the customer shall not be entitled to any refund, compensation, damages or any other recourse against Coldcut.
  15. Any person other than the customer, whether or not any benefit is conferred or purported to be conferred on him directly or indirectly, has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap. 53B) to enforce any of these terms and conditions.
  16. Coldcut reserves the right to amend or revise any or all of these terms and conditions from time to time at its absolute discretion and the applicant hereby agrees to abide by and comply with any such revised terms of use applicable at the relevant time.
  17. The customer agrees and consents that the personal data provided in this form may be collected, used, processed and disclosed by Coldcut for the purposes of booking/administering the booking of the facilities/venue. In respect of disclosure, the customer agrees that Coldcut may disclose the applicant’s personal data to third parties (who may be based in or outside of Singapore) where necessary for the purposes of booking/administering the booking of the facilities/venue.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Should any customer wishes to cancel a booked timeslot, the customer is to email redquarters@bycoldcut.com or to send a whatsapp message to +65 9844 6228.
  2. Red Quarters does not provide any refunds in cash. Instead, credits (where Customers can use for future court bookings) will be provided to any cancellations made within the stipulated timeframe as follows:

  1. Only upon written confirmation by a Red Quarters staff is the customer’s cancellation confirmed.

Block Bookings, Pre-Bookings & Release of Calendar

  1. Red Quarters does not permit any block bookings (referred to as a regular, constant booking of a certain timeslot on a weekly / monthly / quarterly basis).
  2. Every booking time slot is at the start of the hour and customers can book multiple timeslots consecutively up to 3 hours per day per customer.

  4. Red Quarters accepts bookings are available up until the end of the current month. The following month’s calendar will be released for public bookings on the 15th of every month at 12pm.
  5. All bookings are on a first-come, first-serve basis.
